Hello,
On the 6E 06-14 contract, I'm missing from 04:57:30 (European Time) and Time[0] the last/current bar. The period-type is Tick. If I Reload All Historical Data... no obtain data after 04:57:30, just in real time, I have a hole beetween the two periods.Last edited by merzo; 03-27-2014, 03:43 AM.

Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green at the bottom left of the Control Center
What instrument (and expiry if applicable) have you selected?
What chart type has missing data? (example: Tick, Minute)
What From and To time is missing data? Please include your time zone.

Hello,
What happens when you delete your cache folder?
Go to Windows Start menu--> Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> DB folder--> Cache.
If that is of no help, please check your log tab in the control center, can you check and tell us what DS server you're connected to?

On the ES 3-14 contract, I'm missing the first 150 minutes of historical data on 3/10 and most of the first 110 minutes on 3/12. The period-type, whether 5 minute or longer, does not seem to matter. I thought this was supposed to be resolved over the weekend. Is this still a problem? If so, when will it be resolved? If not, what can I do to get those data on my charts?

Thanks, but you seem to believe there's no problem and there's no missing data.
Could anyone else here please do a 4500 tick chart for the ES over the last week and post it here please? Mine is missing most of the pre-US open data. I'd be very grateful if someone could oblige.

I have tested and verified that the tick data is properly available.
Please exit NinjaTrader and open the following directory in WIndows
Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db\cache
Delete the contents within this folder
Restart NinjaTrader and test
If this does not work please contact us at support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com to assist you further
