Historical Data Missing From Charts

Here are issues that didn't get fixed or updated. Attached are two TF charts from 3-12-14 showing trades. As you can see by looking at the Data Box, there is a gap in the charts from 6:52 to 8:18. These charts are from the Account Performance tab and the Trades tab under it. The 6:52 data box entry is the last candlestick before the 7:00 line. The next candlestick shows 8:18. So this is a gap of about 1 hour and 26 minutes.
I don't recall exactly where it was, but when I looked at another chart the other day from the same area it just showed the trades all bunched together near the open and you couldn't decipher what was what.Last edited by bce111; 03-15-2014, 01:46 PM.

I haven't looked at everything, but the 8 minute gap from 7:14 AM PST to 7:22 AM PST yesterday has been restored. Now the question will be whether the intraday historical data will work and if the servers will track all the data in realtime starting tomorrow evening without gaps. Those are the big questions. We hope so. Stay tuned.

Missing data
ES chart was fine yesterday (Friday), This morning I open Ninja and data from yesterdays session is gone ! Just my trend lines etc. Also, Other markets charts like 6E , ZB, YM are not loading at all ! I use AMP-NINJA-CQG. Is anybody else having the same issue this morning ?

Hello Larsieh,
Thanks for your post.
The servers are properly functioning, last trade data is not being sent to them at times. We have backup servers that we see about switching to if the data had been received to the backup server. We are working with the parties involved at a resolution to prevent last data from not being received.

Thanks, Matthew. Personally I'm not as concerned about missing data, but I know some people are. Yes, but again I ask, will this be fixed this weekend? I want to be able to change time frames in a chart and not lose data. And actually this isn't a matter of replenishing missing data this weekend. This is an issue with the servers tracking data without gaps. Is this being worked out? Because of rollover I had to change all my charts over to ES 06-14. I think some reloaded. I don't know.
Now, what bits of data am I missing, from what days, and how do I patch it all up?

As long as you are not reloading your charts/data, you should not be impacted by data missing from our servers. Streaming real-time data will be collected in your chart if you were connected during the time we experience issues.

It seems that it is bad idea to switch symbols during trading hours. Bad CL data after checking ES.

Yes I restarted again and there is an 8 min gap. At least the rest of it filled in. Will this be fixed this weekend so this stops happening?
