      Platform not loading at all for the last 6 hours. What's the problem? Why don't you advise your clients when issues like this happen?

                For FXCM Data, Forex is plotting correctly but ALL their CFDs still have GAPS from yesterday!

                  An alert would be nice.
                  I would rather the system go completely down than let me continue trading and analyzing data that is incorrect or that does not exist.

                    No communication from Ninjatrader on this?

                    There is a gap in CME Treasury futures data from yesterdaqy. I guess we aren't going to have that for today?

                      All data should be backfilled at this time. If you are seeing a gap in data on a certain instrument, first try right clicking the chart and selecting 'reload historical data'.

                      If this does not resolve the gap, you may need to clear your historical data and cached data:

                      Removing Historical Data
                      • Once the data has been deleted close NinjaTrader. Open the Documents\NinjaTrader 8\db\cache folder. Select all files then right mouse click and select “delete.”
                      • Open NinjaTrader and connect to your data provider. Open a new chart.

                          As far as I know I have all updates installed. But no log in possible.

                            Several new attempts, and I could finally open NT8. But when the first chart appeared, NT8 closed again completely.
                            Again a few cold restarts from PC and finally running but loading and reacting VERY slow.
