Historical data servers down ?

From a few minutes, NinjaTrader can't connect to the hds-us-nt-*.ninjatrader.com/31665 servers.

Is that a know issue, or a failure currently going on ?

Does ninjatrader have an estimate as to when this will be fixed? Because my doms work which im running off jigsaw, just not my charts.
