Not able to login to Ninjatrader

I keep getting 'Unsuccessful login attempt. Please try again in a few minutes' whenever I try to login.
Same error message when trying to retrieve username or change/retrieve password.
Anybody else facing this issue?

Same issue.. Can't access account, Desktop, Mobile, Web!

I still can't get NT to login. I click "Sign in with Google", I get the popup window from Google, I select my Google account and it just goes right back to the NT login window without loading the platform. These are the same exact steps I always take, but now it's not loading.

Nvmd, a reinstall fixed the issue ^
