      Hi qewcool,
I have tried NT 8.0.28.0 and NT 8.1.1.7 with TWS 10.23.2a but getting no IB live data loaded always the same message : Your API version does not support fractional share size rules ....
Will you please post the screenshot of your API setup from IB and Connection Instructions from NT that worked succesfully with you because I had no result by following the connection instruction published on 9 May 2023 by NT .
      I really appreciate your help.
I am running NT 8.1.1.7 and TWS 10.16.1m with no issue (untill end of july because TWS 10.16.1m will be also desupported)
      Thanks

        Hi, NT support

Has any possible, critical element(s) preventing IB data download been identified? Can each one be examined for a software bug-fixing solution?

Something "changed" starting with TWS 10.19 and somehow affects NT live data connection.

        Thanks in advance.

My settings are exactly the same as in the NT8 TWS connection guide here :

          https://support.ninjatrader.com/s/ar...language=en_US

The error message you described seems like the one you would get if you didnt check the "Send Forex Market Data in compatibility mode" option in TWS

We're not aware of such an error message at this time, so this would currently not be on our team's plate to review. Can you write to our support team to further analyze/troubleshoot this error message and behavior?

I reported the problem of charts not loading with the latest version of TWS back in March.
Interactive Brokers requires me to upgrade from my current build 981.3 of IB, otherwise I will lose a data feed soon. So what is the latest version of IB that can be used with NT 8.0.27.1 please?

The problem might lie with charts that backfill. My 1 second chart receives live data as does the superdom, but all other charts never load.

                  Hello,

This appears related to a known issue with foreign instances of TWS (non US time zones or PC settings) and NinjaTrader unable to load data. This has been fixed in the next release of NinjaTrader.

When will the next release of NinjaTrader be available? Thanks.

Please make the new version available before 1 Aug 2023, when the older TWS versions still functioning with NT data around the world will be desupported. Thanks!

I trade US market using Ninja and IB and I'm getting API fractional warning, please upgrade to 163. I have done this and got latest version of API and previous stable version.

Will this be rectified with a new release? i trade US stocks from the UK

I'm also still experiencing this issue of not getting fully functioning realtime or historical data in Europe/Finland with latest 8.1.1.7 and 10.23.2a IB gateway. When can we expect a new release of NT8.1?

                                Hi,

What is the status with this? Has testing been completed? When is the next release of NT8 to address the timezone issues?

What does desupported really mean? Does it mean we can still use it but there's no guarantee things won't go wrong OR you have no choice but to update TWS to the supported version even though NT8 has some issues with it as far as timezones bugs are concerned.

                                Regards
                                Kay Wai
