Today I force interactive brokers to use the new TWS 10.23.2a, but the graphics do not load. I don't understand how after so many months this problem is not solved. Spain zone.

Have you tried setting the timezone to the exact same time zone in 3 locations.

TWS Timezone
NinjaTrader Timezone

Yes, I changed PC, TWS and Ninja to US Timezone - still wouldn't backfill. And of course I know how to reload historical data (I even deleted the entire set to force a reload).

I have the long-time ninja license, I am used to it and I also know some C#, I did not consider moving to tradingview.

The development team should upload an update soon.

It has been a long while since testing of the new release started.

Is it possible for NT to approach IB to allow TWS 981 to become temporarily available again?

Hello Guys,
I have succesfully had live data loaded with latest TWS 10.23.2a or TWS 10.19.X with NT 8.1.1.7. or NT 8.0.28.0
I live in Europe and trade E mini futur and US stock like SPY AAPL ... It is quite easy to do the setting. I set everything to Newyork time as if I live in Newyork. Please follow the following steps:
1/Close TWS and NT
2/ Set computer time date to UTC -05:00 Est US and Canada
Click Sync now
3/ Go to Folder Document/ Ninjatrader 8/ db
Rename folder : day to dayold , minute to minuteold , tick to tickold . By rename thoses folders you do not lose any data in case you want to go back.
create 3 new folders : day , minute , tick . New data will be loaded and can not be mixed with old data .
delete everything in the db/cache folder
4/ Open TWS 10.23.2a . Go to More Options
Set Region to America
Set time zone to UTC - 05:00 EST5EDT ( Newyork time)
Open TWS as usual.
5/ Open NT 8.1.1.7
Load 1 new window to test with only 1 stock daily or minute with fews data like 2,3 days . There will be no data (blank window)
Go to Connections and Click Interactive Brokers.
You should get data live loading and update.
Sometimes the log will say MANY TIMES : your API version does not support fractional share rules ...... just ignore it because it will stop by itself .
You should get live data at this time.
You have to load more data to get new data base.
Please let me know if you guys have any issues.
One inconvenient : your PC time is not your country time. I do it unstead of sitting there waiting for the release of the next fix version of NT.

Doesn't work for me. And when it does it certainly is not consistent enough to inspire confidence. I have lost all faith in this company to do what they should be doing. Their silence is deafening.

Seems alot of folks have switched to Sierra Charts. TradingView seems popular with some. A few others to choose from Quantower, Medved Trader, MotiveWave - spend some time reading on reddit (good info) and make the switch to one you like.
