    Hello ,
    I would like to ask the platform support team when IB said they will desupport the older version . Then what does it mean exactly ?

      Hello,

      The current version of TWS is supported for use with NinjaTrader, so you can update to the TWS version linked on the aforementioned connection guide page to use with NinjaTrader.

      At this time there is no set date for the next release of NinjaTrader.

          Hello,

          Both issues are marked as fixed in the next release from our development team, so once the new version is publicly available installing should resolve these issues.

              What is the status of the update. IB still gives the message that they will only support till August 31th?

                      I cannot login anymore with the old software version 8.0.28.0 and TWS 981.3 i- which TWS software ersion can I use?

                        Today's the day - got a message saying my version is out of date - downloaded the new one - TWS opens the new version independently but NT8 isn't opening it. And when I try to configure manually, the only jts folder I see has version 981 in it. So where has it saved the new exe file? This is great happening just hours before market open, love it.

                          Hi,

                          I was forced upgraded to TWS 10.23.2a today. I had to delete my daily charts as I'm not in US timezone and my charts loaded pre-market though I have an error message: Your API version does not support fractional share size rules. Please upgrade to a minimum version 163.


                          What does that mean? I do not trade fx, only SPY which is the S&P500 etf.

                          Please help.

                          Mkt has opened for 40 mins. Without the daily charts on my workspace, the charts seem to be working fine. IT would be great if the upgrade is forthcoming.

                            I cannot trade today because IB has forced us to update today and I cannot find the downloaded and supposedly installed TWS exe file to enter in the configuration panel in NT8.

ID:	1266967I am using TWS 10.23-2a with Ninja 8.1.1.7 and I have set the timezone to US - I can load the price but it does not backfill the data; what you can see is that the bars stopped at 1700 yesterday and then continue from 10:53AM EST (time when I started Ninja). Any thing else I can try?
