Open position not displayed for CL and COIL

CL Fix?

I have been in contact with Ninja support. They said i can use Zen for data and IB as a broker if i purchase a multi-broker license. But will this correct the problems we have been experiencing with NT and IB? I dont beleive it will since, I will still be using IB as a broker?

AMP futures said that if I sign up with them and use ZEN as a data feed and them as a broker, then i wont have the current issues, due to ZEN doesnt use API.

No it will not as your positions are still managed by IB which is the problem as NT is reliant on the IB API to report your CL positions in your IB account, which is not working as expected.
