NinjaTrader + Rithmic = Not updating positions

    Interesting!

    I have not heard of Apex Tradovate users having this positions update issue so far.
    You were having positions not updating when copying Apex Tradovate accounts on your desktop or were the issues isolated to just your TopStep Rithmic accounts?

    Some stories report that this type of situation is only happening when using APEX's Rithmic, which has an exclusive server, and this could be the cause of the problem.

    Are you having this problem of not having the position updated in NinjaTrader, is it happening when you only use APEX's Rithmic? There have been no stories of such problems with other brokers or with Tradovate.

    Dear Ninjatrader,

    Can we please get resolution of this issue escalated? Any attempts of me emailing Ninja support or Rithmic support is being met by responses telling me to reach out to the other company and we all seem to be hitting a roadblock. This is a serious issue.

    You're right, they don't want to listen to this problem that's affecting several people, but I'm reporting to NT again this situation where the position in NinjaTrader isn't being updated after executing one or more orders.

    Here's an example of a screenshot showing that Rithmic has no open position and in NT there is an open long position and a new short position is opened in Rithmic after closing the position in NT.

    No, as the issue is related to position update after an order execution, so using ATM won't change that, unfortunately.

    Unfortunately this did not solve anything. Even when an account being copied to has an ATM on it, the position is not being updated at times when either profit or target is hit.

    This issue started on 7-1-2024 for me as well. I am using Replikanto with multiple accounts and before July 1st everything was working perfectly.

    Have you figured anything out or gotten any answers?​

    I am having this issue when using both Apex Trade Copier as well as Replikanto Trade Copier with Apex Rithmic as my plan.

    The issue started occurring around the time of the 8.1.3.1 release but reverting to older versions did not remedy the issue so I am suspecting the problem has something to do with Rithmic. I have asked other traders on a Tradovate plan and they seem to have no issues with their positions updating with trade copiers.

    It has been weeks now and this issue has still not been resolved and was wondering if anyone has an update?

    Additionally, I started getting these log entries time to time after the positions update issue arose.
