    No, as the issue is related to position update after an order execution, so using ATM won't change that, unfortunately.

      You're right, they don't want to listen to this problem that's affecting several people, but I'm reporting to NT again this situation where the position in NinjaTrader isn't being updated after executing one or more orders.

      Here's an example of a screenshot showing that Rithmic has no open position and in NT there is an open long position and a new short position is opened in Rithmic after closing the position in NT.

        Dear Ninjatrader,

        Can we please get resolution of this issue escalated? Any attempts of me emailing Ninja support or Rithmic support is being met by responses telling me to reach out to the other company and we all seem to be hitting a roadblock. This is a serious issue.

          Some stories report that this type of situation is only happening when using APEX's Rithmic, which has an exclusive server, and this could be the cause of the problem.

          Are you having this problem of not having the position updated in NinjaTrader, is it happening when you only use APEX's Rithmic? There have been no stories of such problems with other brokers or with Tradovate.

              I was having problems with copying on my home computer too but on my VPS from NinjaMobileTrader the Replikanto copying is working flawlessly copying between TopStep Rithmic and Apex Tradovate accounts at the same time, and I've got over 20 accounts connected. The support team at ninjamobiletrader VPS also helps with trade copying, and they actually respond within a few minutes so that alone is more than worth it when trading multiple prop firm accounts, instead of waiting for many days for a reply from TopStep

                Interesting!

                I have not heard of Apex Tradovate users having this positions update issue so far.
                You were having positions not updating when copying Apex Tradovate accounts on your desktop or were the issues isolated to just your TopStep Rithmic accounts?

                  I think it was Rithmic only, but the weird thing is that on my ninjamobiletrader vps not having Rithmic issues so nowadays I only trade with Rithmic on the vps. I think having the best possible connection to Rithmic, which is what ninjamobiletrader vps provides, is the key to not having Rithmic connection issues.

                    I have two accounts in TopStep and after what Rogue trader shared about the discrepancy between RithmicTraderPro and ninjatrader, I ran a test trades on different accounts. I didn't notice it for the last few days since the orderflow wasn't right and I haven't entered any trade. I tried to play with it with my SIM account but was not brave enough to enter any trade with the situation we are in. Anyway, I noticed, although, seems like we entered the trade but actually fell back to the SIM account and none of my topStep accounts get any trade. The P&L is actually SIM P&L regardless of what account we choose.

                    It seems like there is a wired connection happens between RithmicTrader and Ninjatrader. It gets half of the data and hence Ninjatrader knows about the current price but doesn't get the full connectivity as as I mentioned in my thread, the orderflow data is missing, there is no liquidity and if you hit market order, it may enter 40 points away in NQ.

                      We have received some feedback from NinjaTrader on the case that does not involve pulling the plug or blaming third-party applications. While this is a positive step forward, I am still not fully confident that the case will be resolved quickly, unless they provide further evidence to the contrary.

                          I have CQG data feed and I can confirm that the problem is related to Rithmic data. I have no issue with CQG data, the orderflow is normal and data load is normal also.

                            NinjaTrader_ChelseaB could you kindly share the steps being taken to resolve this issue here in this thread? This will allow all relevant parties to follow along and streamline the process, potentially reducing the number of tickets opened for NinjaTrader and for the vendors. That would be a great assistance to us.

                                I don't have VPS and I was always under the impression that if I have decent internet access, VPS might not needed. @backtester831​ do you think VPS is worth the money you pay? Is routing is something different to the actual internet connection?
