        If you meant TWS version 10.23.2a, it does NOT work with NT to download live data.

            Hi

            Has any NT user managed to use TWS 10.23.2b, 10.23.2a, or 10.19.2a successfully with NT, with live data downloading properly.

            I followed the NT/TWS connection guide with respect to TWS settings but none of the three TWS versions works. This article was published on 9 May 2023, before IB announced that TWS 981 would be desupported from 18 Jul 2023.

              It is not difficult to verify whether TWS 10.23.2b, 10.23.2a, or 10.19.2a works with NT. Can this problem be escalated via customer support?

                Same problem here, charts not loading. TWS 10.23.2a and NT 8.0.28.0

                  They have extended the time until August. TWS 10.23.2a doesn't work I'm still using 981.3g

                      If you are unable to load data, do you see any errors in the log tab of your platform? I am able to load both stock and futures data via this connection on my end.

                        It connects and stays loading this has been going on for a while now, it only works for me with the 981.3g.

                        This morning, I tried with: You must have at least one of the following standalone Interactive Brokers API Software versions installed (browser versions are not supported)​​

                          Hello,

                          Do you see the same if you disconnect for 10 minutes, close your workspace, and only open a single 1 minute chart? (To rule out a pacing violation).

                          If so, what time zone are you located in?

                            I'd like to know if the last IB 10.23.2a version release, has finally connected successfully with NT.

                            - Have you received more failed connections?
                            - NT support team, can you give us an update?

                              Hello,

                              This version was tested and verified by our development team, and we haven't seen an increase in cases with this version. That said there could be isolated issues with setup/configuration that users will need to work with out support team, though we don't have any global issues at this time.

                                I'm running well with TWS 10.23.2a and NT8 8.1.1.7 64-bit. Everyone posting with problems seems to be running NT8 8.0. Try upgrading to 8.1.
