My concern is there seems to be nobody working on Sunday open for Kinetick servers. Can anyone confirm this? This is concerning for anyone relying on their price data that we so preciously pay for each month.
There needs to be Kinetick tech support available to solve these issues whenever the market is open, that means starting Sundays and week nights. In other words, GLOBEX hours.

The last time I emailed Kinetick support and received a reply late morning on Monday.

Just wanted to say that I, too, am having the same problem. I wish that Kinetick provided more information on their website. Even a little note that says, "server down, but we're working on it" would be nice.

same here in germany. paid for November. Down since Saturday. A refund for the lost service would be appreciated.

The last time this happened was July. It turned out to be a configuration issue between NT and DTN that needed to be resolved.
Kinetick servers appear to be down as of 3:10pm Sat, Jul 23 with the following log errors. My Kinetick: Primary connection=Disconnected, Price feed=Disconnected My Kinetick: (Logon failed) Socket write failed in 'L1 worker': 'Input string was not in a correct format.' My Kinetick: Primary connection=Connecting, Price
I've sent support tickets to Kinetic as well, but heard nothing back yet.

Been out since at least Saturday morning. No response from NT or Kinetick.
Surely they're aware of the issue by now. How they haven't emailed their customers regarding the situation is beyond me.
Very unprofessional.
Anyone have suggestions for other data providers?

So Market just opened 0930 est and its still down. and still no reply from Kinetick.. Lolz... No notifications, no communication. And this data feed is pricey. Is there some sort of compensation fee members can expect? #just sayin
