Kinetick Logon failed

Good afternoon,

All of a sudden when connecting to Kinetick I get an error stating Unable to login. Please check your user name/password (Logon failed)

I double checked them and they are correct, I then reset my password and still the same issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It must be a Kinetick issue because I have the exact same issue as you. I was able to log in yesterday. I can log into continuum

I have been receiving the same error message on both my Kinetick accounts since yesterday morning at 10am ET.

This must be the same issue we had several months ago. At that time we were told to log in with our Kinetick User name and password through IQFeed. So yesterday I tried the Login I created at that time to login through IQFeed Connection Software connection. IT WORKED for me and again this morning as well.

I assume this is where to download. I am still running an older version

Wow, I hope it gets resolved faster than the last time. I am expecting more reliability from such an expensive data connection.

Kinetick should come forward and warn the subscribers of those downtime also, instead of keeping the lights off as always. As much as I find the Ninjatrader side well managed and transparent, Kinetick is always very opaque and uncertain.

Agreed. Kinetick could not care less if their data is down. Zero proactive communication from them.

Tried IQFeed. Login is possible but no data is available even in the IQFeed. After starting IQFEED NT connects but the NT8 control panel freezes. I need to kill the NT8 process.

What a mess, Ninjatrader & Kinetick team! Lot of reasons to leave Kinetick!
