    Given the lack of effective support and clear communication on this data feed issue, I am struggling to continue using NT for my trading.

            This explains it why it worked on our virtual servers,
            we using iqfeed client there.

                  IQ Feed is working for me too after setting it up as documented in the IQFeed connection guide. Also needed to change the HIstorical and Realtime market data options that were set to Kinetick to IQFeed instead. Thanks Brett!

                      The reason why we have been using IQFeed client on our servers is due to Kinetick issue of loosing connection after 2-3 days of continuous use. Not sure if this is still the issue these days.

                        Please use the IQFeed workaround until we get the server misconfiguration issue resolved with our partner. Unfortunately, as I checked with DTN this AM on the status, we're still waiting for the resolution so that the native Kinetick connection will work again and not require the IQFeed solution.

                            I just got an update from DTN that the issue is resolved. You should be able to connect now via the normal Kinetick connection and the IQFeed workaround should no longer be needed.
