Kinetick Outage?

I debugged the error and found that there appears to be a misconfiguration on the Kinetick/DTN servers, which is preventing the login. On login, we get back server and port information that NinjaTrader uses to connect (load balancing), this data is not formatted correctly and therefore is preventing the connection for market data. Once the server configuration issue is resolved, I expect that NinjaTrader will be able to connect again.
I have escalated the issue to our Kinetick/DTN partners and am awaiting a reply. I will provide an update as soon as I have one. Thank you for your patience.BrettNinjaTrader Product Management

if (tryNormalMethod() failes)
tryMalformedMethod()
before exiting?

That is something I will consider if the issue is not resolved timely. There is some movement on the DTN side on the issue. Another likely better alternative is using the IQFeed client and your Kinetick userID and password to connect using the IQFeed adaptor.BrettNinjaTrader Product Management

Also in Tools->Options->MarketData please change Kinetcik to Iqfeed

Now is more then 48 hours the data feed is out, here in Europe 8 o-clock in the morning CME markets are open from more then 8 hours and still not any data feed it's embarassing
to make a comment anyway I hope that the problem is resolved and some change adopted.
