Kinetick Outage?

Kinetick servers appear to be down as of 3:10pm Sat, Jul 23 with the following log errors.

My Kinetick: Primary connection=Disconnected, Price feed=Disconnected
My Kinetick: (Logon failed)
Socket write failed in 'L1 worker': 'Input string was not in a correct format.'
My Kinetick: Primary connection=Connecting, Price feed=Connecting

I got a similar message this morning around 8AM Eastern time.
As of 3:53PM This afternoon still getting the same message. ( I switched to a different provider to continue development)

I'm getting the same message from Kinetick. It looks as if they didn't notify us of system maintenance this weekend.

Good I'm not alone... For real I am disappointed, I have frequent interruptions of service with Kinetick when running my strategies. Let's go guys! Wouldn't it be great if the support for Kinetick would it be done here on this forum? Best support service on the internet haha, Kinetick's website is so obscure, a revamp of anything would help.

I've been a subscriber of Kinetick since its inception and I don't recall an outage like this (now since Friday afternoon) with or without a heads-up email in advance. Interestingly, the Kinetick EOD feed is working . . . perhaps it's a DTN issue. A dedicated Kinetick forum section, server status link, or message on the Kinetick website would be a nice improvement.

Having the same issue. Havent had ANY issues with this connection since it started... odd they havent told anyone, was worried they dont offer support till Monday morning, but glad to hear im not the only person -- I assume they're on it - just have to stay patient.

Yeah getting the same issue, super frustrating as I have swing trading strategies that need data. Thankfully I have a backup data feed with Interactive Brokers.

Remind me again why I use Kenetick LIVE data feed? Is it for the historical data? I've been using both Continuum and Kenetick for so long, I don't remember why I need both...lol

Maybe I don't and I just like burning money.

I see now using Continuum only (since Kenetick is down), I can get everything I need (T&S, SuperDOM, trading)....there must be a reason why I continue to pay for KeneTICK...historical data for backtesting maybe?

Kinetick Logon is still not working. Is there a link that shows Kinetick's network status?
