    Conversion for Continuum for Mirus Futures Clients

    Yesterday I`ve sent my license key and email to get a new one for Continuum/Mirus.
    Until now I`ve got no answer. I can connect to continuum, but the I receive no data.
    When do I get my new license key?

    Hello,

    Thanks for the post.

    It looks like your license was already regenerated since you are able to connect to Continuum.

    What instrument are you looking at and is there an error message showing in the log tab of the control center?
    Furthermore, what version do you have installed? Is this V7.0.1000.21? You can check under Help--> About

      I need ES and M6E and M6B

        Hello,

        Can you please reset your instruments under Tools--> Options--> Data tab--> Reset Instruments.

        If that is of no help, please contact your broker and have them confirm that your account is enabled to trade the ES, 6E and 6B.

          Ok, done this I had also to close the "old" chart and create a new one, now it works.

          But...I`d like to have the data of the last 100 days, but the chart begins at the moment when I created him. Any adwise?

            Hello,

            How many days of data to load have you selected?
            Also, what happens when you right click in the chart--> Reload all historical data?
            Have you also tried exiting and restarting NT, does that make a difference?

                mirus/ continuum

                Hello I did receive my log in credentials from mirus for continuum and i am not getting live data for the ES which I trade. NT loads fine as well as my historical data but its not live and I do have a lifetime license.

                    I have the same problem. I have nt version 7.1000.21 + cqg adapter and i get just historical dat with continuum . Live data for es are not avalible. Any suggestion ?

                      Please contact me at Support AT NinjaTrader DOT com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file. The file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need the 'trace.20140119.txt' file.

                        Hello...me again. Unfortunatly now once again with problems: the chart ends at 11:00 AM yesterday, and beginns at the moment I connect. I allready createt a new one, exit NT and so on but nothing helps. "Reload historical data" is not available.

                          Hello,

                          Can you go to Tools--> Account connections--> highlight your Continuum connection--> click Change--> Next--> check if Historical Data is set to 'Enabled'.

                          Furthermore, what session template are you using for your chart? Can you check and see if this is set to 'Default 24/7'.

                            Hist-data where enabled, I changed session template to default 24/7. Now it works, but session template still stays on "use instrument setting" although I saved the new setting after exit and restart NT...

                              Hello,

                              When you have set up your chart with the 'Default 24/7' template, can you save your chart as a template. Does it stay the same then?
                              Right click in the chart--> templates--> Save as
