    I'm unable to have the Zen-Fire/Mirus NT License (DEMO) verified ... I received the following error message as shown in the attachment below.

      Hello Pizza Margherita,

      Can you please disconnect Continuum and go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and click Reset Instruments. Restart NinjaTrader, connect to Continuum and check if you receive realtime data for the M6E.

      If not, please check the Control Center-->Log-tab for any error messages.

          Continuum connection issues

          Is anyone else having trouble with Continuum thru Mirus? My NT has disconnected several times already this morning. Thanks.

            We've not received global reports at this time. If you can contact us at support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com we'd be happy to look into the disconnects.

              Check what I see today, if I run NT: No Account, no data at all today. The connection get lost often, etc.etc.

                Hi, please send me an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com so we may look into your diagnostic files.

                You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.

                Please reference this thread in the body of the email.
