With respect to the gap on the EURUSD chart, have you already right-clicked on the chart & selected "Reload All Historical Data"?

Once you have (re)tried this we can determine the next steps to resolve this issue.

well, will this ever end?

OK, Opened Gain UK live account, funded it, updtaed NT to 6.5 v 18 free licence, gone through the set up and I receive this message: "Log in failed. Check username and password....authentication problem,,,,,"
I have checked and re-checked, what am I doing wrong?

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

In the message, include the following:

1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) Your config file.
The file will be found in the Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5 folder and will be named 'Config.xml'.

3.) Clarification as to whether you're with GAIN USA, GAIN UK or GAIN AUS.

4.) The username and password you're attempting to connect with.

5.) Your most current trace file.
You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5 > Trace folder.
Today's trace file will be named 'trace.20101116.txt'.

ahh, going nowhere again!

Sorry for keeping bothering everybody on this issue again, but I am hitting a wall.
NT free licence, Forex.com (UK) account, live and funded. Cannot link the latter to the former for datafeed.
I would like to know if anybody out there has managed to have a NT free licence connected to Gain(forex.com) (preferably UK) for the datafeed, where the Forex.com account is not a "dedicated" account for NT only (even if you do not trade via NT into it).

So, I have to understand that nobody is using a free licence of NT with a NON DEDICATED Forex.com(Gain) live account. This seems to confirm what Forex.com has hinted to me so far.
My idea was to open an FX account for other purposes (trade with EA, or have a metatrader platform or whatever) and opening it at Forex.com would have given me the added bonus of using it for NT FX datafeed. I asked NT if it was possible to have the datfeed with ANY Forex.com account, and the answer was yes. Now It does not seem to be the case. If I want to do it I have to open another Forex.com account and assing it to NT.
Perhpas NT should further clarify this.

What exactly do you mean with a 'NT free license'?

Can you please answer by sending your license and Gain login credentials to support at ninjatrader dot com so I can test on my end.

more issues

OK, new issue and a bit of info for those ( I guess very few, if any) who have had my problem.
In order to have Gain (Forex.com) data feed into NT you have to OPEN a NEW ACCOUNT with forex.com exclusively dedicated to NT. Not any forex.com account, but a new one, opened with explicit request to be linked to NT.
I did it, transferring funds from my existing Forex.com account. Unfortunately, my Forex.com account is in GBP and I am told by Forex.com that NT accepts accounts only in USD. So if I want to trade via NT, apart from getting a live trade licence, I will need to exchange the funds. Is this true?

That's great: I am right now on chat with Forex.com where they are telling me exactly the opposite......

They're incorrect. When it comes to NinjaTrader requirements, we'd suggest contacting us instead of GAIN.

They sent me an email saying that I have to exchange GBP into a Dollar denominated account.
