On a windows machine goto Start --> Run -->
in the Run widow after Open: type "cmd" (without the quotes)
click "OK"
a command prompt window will open
type "tracert ninjtrader.com" (without the quotes) and press enter
copy and paste the output in the forum please

FatCanary - can you currently access the ninjatrader.com website? because with the results you sent it seems you should be able to.

If not could I get you to check 2 things.

1. IE - Tools - Internet Options - Connections - LAN settings (the only one with a possable check should be Automatically detect settings)

2. Open the location C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc there should be a host file in here right click one choose open with Notepad. Make sure that every line has a # at the beginning.
example
# 127.0.0.1 localhost
# ::1 localhost

If you change either of these please let us know, what you change and if the site now works.

I spoke with ISP Orange they can access our website with no issues.

The only thing they suggested was to try resetting your internet explorer using the following link "https://extranet.orange.co.uk:9009/orangeuk/ccil_orangeuk/common/genericrenderer.jsp"

Could I please have someone try “ninjatrader.com.bcentralhost.com” in their address bar and let me know if this correctly redirects you?

Again, you guys really need a professional. This is no a problem with IE's settings, most of us aren't even using IE yet I continue seeing suggestions for this.

But I can access Ninjatrader.com without any issues.

As you can see I too have a RTO on my 16th hop this shows that the server at that point did not no respond quick enough so it tried another server and it worked. Taking me to the final server hosting NinjaTrader.com also know as warrior.bcentralhost.com

If you are getting multiple RTO's with no final response from any server then it shows that something is down (internet connections in between, dns servers, router) any number of things.

Also if a single tracert RTO meant that the internet was broken eitankle on 02-23-2010 @ 05:51 AM should have had no internet, because he had a RTO on his 3rd hop, but if you look at his it continued all the way to the NinjaTrader.com site.

I know there is an issue and by doing a tracert it shows me that you can access it and it is going threw the correct servers. Now I am looking into the ISP providers for http re-directors or proxy's.

Can't access ninjatrader.com from the UK

Hi

I receive timeout when trying to access your website. I've noticed some member from France having the same issue. I have never had issues with other web sites. Output of tracert command is attached.

First time I experienced this was approx. 6 months back.
