Thanks for the response, makra. I can't post a screenshot presently because I don't have any bars on my charts. NT froze and I had to delete it out and reinstall late Friday night. I get my data from MB trading who has no historic data so have to start over on building history - again.

I'm going into the Sim workspace a bit later and hopefully I can start my template over in there. I haven't been there yet as I just downloaded NT Wed. and truthfully hadn't even looked at the Sim Workspace as I wanted to just start trading live.

I'll get back to you later. Thanks again,
    Sharon

      SharonSS,

For arrows on the CCI Forecaster, look in the Forecaster section and you should find a switch to turn them on. You can have dots, arrows, or small dots if you set both of the prior two to false.

The Forecaster really only works with range charts. On time charts there is no way to forecast values because you never know where the high and low of the bar will be. With range charts the high will always be the range ticks above the low and vice versa, and both can be predicted from knowing the other.

To get 2 instances, simply add the indicator to the chart a second time, much like you would to get both a 50 and 200 period moving average plotted.

Be sure to set the indicator to show in the same panel as the Woodies CCI.

How do we do this? I cannot figure it out.

        Thanks

Right click in the chart and bring up the indicators box, then set your 'Panel' on the right side for the indicators. You want put the CCI in the same one as the Snap's Forecaster.

Have I got this setup right?
I have a 12 tick? range bar in panel 1
Woodies CCI and CCI forecaster in Panel 2

Is there any kind soul that wants to explain the finer points of the CCI forecaster like what p1 p2 p3 are or what the arrows at the end mean

              Thanks Freddo

                  Thanks makra081
I had been there before (many times) and on your recommendation went
back again. It seemed to be filled with DVDs for sale and chat rooms
but this time I finally found something more useful.

                  Cheers

I am unable to use the strategy WCCI_AT

                    Hi,
I am trying to test the Strategy WCCI_AT, i have downloaded this & imported using Ninja Script.

I am trying to use this for ES on 1minute , i have applied this strategy on ES instrument.

Nothing is happening , i don't know much about this strategy or indicator.
Can any one help me on this with detailed instruction & causes for not doing any Auto Trade.

                    I appreciate your help.

                    Thanks

The autotrader is based off the CCI_Forecaster which is only applicable to range and RangeAlt bar charts. There simply is no way to Forecast a bar close on time bar charts like there is on range bar charts.

Do you know how to convert HeikinAshi indicator to Strategy?

                            Kornipal,

Please open a new thread for questions unrelated to this thread. To use the HA in a strategy requires custom programming. The HA indicator is visualization only and as such will require the use of NinjaScript to achieve what you want.

As a last resort you can also try one of the 3rd party NinjaScript Consultants here: http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/pa...injaScript.htm

you talking about the shareware one?? What is your strategy? like 3 consecutive blue bars, sell the first red bar,, something like that... Or if you have something else, use it like a filter if HA is blue go long else pass. Think HA is just a moving average of x bars and if the close is above the ma, blue bar else red.. so you can also do this with plotting the closes and on the other side the moving average of x bars, crossover This is easy to setup in the Strategy Wizard.

                                Hello,

I downloaded the CCI Pattern recognition v3.2.

I see the pattren recognition but I haven't the CZI, the SI, LSMA, CCI and turbo.

Do you know where is the problem? Is there a problem with another indicator?

                                Thank for your help.
