    Tried several e-mails now - no response. Tried to phone him several times, only got a voice message system. Not really good.

    just for the records,

    I used v3.1 on all my stuff and tested many combinations of my protected assemblies (including NTMT) with big workspaces also on Windows 7/64bit.

    No bugs, no poblems, all working like a charm , as supposed to.

    You needed to disable UAC (user account control) to install. Don't have details nor link right now but googling will help.

    OK,

    this time I got him on the phone and he sent me the v31 link email.

    I have an installer error 28## though, so I must use some trick to retrieve the desired executable.
    (also v4 protector has the same install error on w7, who knows...)

    Fwiw, a client called Remotesoft and the client's impression was that Huihong preferred that method of contact to allow him to qualify customers for the Ninja edition of Protector. Perhaps he then cross references your name with names provided by Ray.

    @cassb: I deleted your post since it would promote violating the licensing regulations of 3rd part vendors (here: RemoteSoft). NinjaTrader neither accepts nor tolerates that.

    I really didn't get into the specifics of the hold up as it would likely be a bit of a red herring. For all I know it could be related to his website or ecommerce solution. It is my understanding that whatever was holding up the distribution is now resolved and there was NO mention or qualification that v3.1 is a preliminary or beta version for NinjaTrader users.

    Remotesoft Protector v3.1 Delivered

    After several emails, including one forwarded by Ray, and lastly a phone call per the contact info on the RemoteSoft site, I've received Protector v3.1. Huihong acknowledged receipt of my previous emails and said there was one last issue that needed to be resolved before he could distribute which he has now resolved. I previously purchased v4, so its not clear to me whether v3.1 will require additional $299 if you have not purchased v4 and your v3.0 is more than 12 months old.

    If your emails to Remotesoft have not received a response, I would recommend giving Huihong a call.
