    Still no response from Remotesoft. I've written twice now in the past couple months. Can Ryan or something please put some pressure on this guy to just send out the 3.1 update so we can start distributing the v7.0 code??

    Hi Ray,

    I finally got someone to answer the phone at remotesoft. He was sending me a trial binary that he promised to send via email in 10 minutes (about 20 mins ago). I have not seen any emails and he's no longer answering the phone.

    Can I make a suggestion that you host his trial binary on your server some place so people can download and try it out then organise payment with remotesoft in exchange for a license at a later time.

    We who live on the other side of the planet need some assistance as we loose days when this kind of thing happens and staying up all night to get something really simple sorted out is frustrating.

    Hi Ray,

    I am in Western Australia and I am unable to contact RemoteSoft to secure a license to their Protector product. I have a beta team waiting impatiently for a release so they can start doing system testing. Can you please contact me on Skype paul.b.cahill to assist in getting a license.

    As the RemoteSoft business seems to be a part time enterprise, can you organise to sub-license their product so we may get it quickly directly from NinjaTrader's web site?

    NT7 now requires the Protector product. Not being able to source this essential product easily reflects badly on your excellent product and it detracts from the excellent service I receive via this forum which is maintained very professionally where as it appears that RemoteSoft is not being run as a professional organisation as they do not respond to email and do not answer their phone.

    Have tested Remotesoft v3.1 with NT 7.0.0.15 No problems, everything worked fine so far. But need to do some further tests.

    Hello Guys,

    i read this thread. Am i understand correctly that there are three version?
    1. v3.0
    2. v3.1
    3. v4
    i have purchased v3.0 (this is in download link) in january. Do i have to pay for v3.1?

    One more question:i think Ray or Dierk wrote, that v4 is not supported. Does this mean that

    - it does not work in NT if i build dll from NT and works if i build from VS
    - it does not matter from where i build it does not work
