Account: No description is available. (Logon failed)

Hello,

When starting Ninjatrader 8 or attempting to connect to my account I get a red error in my Log tab that says "Account: No description is available. (Logon failed)"

This is the first time ever that I have received this type of error when attempting to establish a connection to my account.

What causes this, and how can I fix it?

I'm having the same issue. They had scheduled maintenance last night (Friday) from 6-11pm so i figured it was related to that but my continuum is still failing as of Saturday morning.
