    Unable to connect 13

    A few hours ago out of nowhere started to get this error (as shown in the image)... already tried all the fixes said in this post

    And I'm still unable to connect WHY!?

    If I connect directly from the Rithmic Trader Pro app it works fine...

    Yea I've been having the same problems mine started around 2:50pm cst today

      I'm having the same issue. Nothing posted online is helping. Let me know if you guys figure it out pleasee

          same, i've uninstalled and restarted my modem etc etc. let's hope this gets fixed asap

              guessing it has to do with ninjatrader itself becuase theres no way this many people got this issue

                it is 100% ninja trader. My sierrachart is still working fine as well as my R|Trader

                  yeah im 99% sure its a ninjatrader problem... I already tried and tested all other sides... tho I dont understand what they had to do to mess up with this...

                          We have been informed that Rithmic has experienced a disruption for some users, which results in them being unable to access their accounts or connect to Rithmic's servers.

                          They are aware of this and are working to resolve it promptly.

                          As soon as we have further information or a resolution in this regard, I'll update this thread.

                            I also get that error, also in ninjatrader 7, I thought it was about the data...I don't know if they could find out what it is...thanks for your time
