    Based on our last information, Rithmic is still experiencing this issue at the current time.

    As soon as we receive further information I will update this thread.

    I would also suggest reaching out to your provider directly, as they might have further information.

      I dont get it if rithmic is down then why can I open it and connect to rtrader pro just fine.
      Its Ninja that does not work!

        Hello Speculation101,

        The issue seems to be based on specific servers, one of which NinjaTrader reaches out to. As Rithmic Trader uses a different server, they would not be affected in the same way, or not for all clients.

        Our most recent update from Rithmic is as follows:

        “There was a major cut of fiber in Aurora. This is affecting us and others. We are trying to find which of our carriers were not affected and to route traffic through them and not through the carriers who were affected.”
