Error 13 please help

Hello Speculation101,
Thank you for your post.
This error most commonly occurs when NinjaTrader is unable to communicate or has a poor connection with the servers due to it being blocked by another program, or there is an issue in the path between your computer and the appropriate servers.
Please check for software such as (corporate) firewalls, spyware and anti-virus software that could be blocking NinjaTrader. In some cases the modem/router has built-in software that prevents the connection to be established.
To troubleshoot this, I recommend the following steps (test for the issue after each step):- Restart your modem and (if applicable) router
- Restart your PC
- Also, ensure that your computer is not turning off your Network Adapter to conserve power:
- Restart NinjaTrader
- Right-click on your Start button
- Select 'Device Manager'
- Expand 'Network Adapters'
- Right-click on your Network Adapter and select Properties > Power Management
- Uncheck 'Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power' option
- Click 'OK' to save the changes
- Do this for all Network Adapters
- If you are not already and the option is available to you, connect to the internet using an ethernet cable. Wireless connections are significantly more unreliable.
- Ensure exceptions have been added into any firewall/antivirus/backup programs for the Documents > "NinjaTrader 8" folder.
- If the above steps do not help, contact your ISP and let them know you are experiencing a highly unstable connection. An issue of connectivity may exist on their end.
- You may also inquire with Earn2Trade as they may experiencing server downtime as well.

Thank you for your post.
I would recommend attempting these steps once more and if you are still experiencing the same to reach out to your ISP and Earn2Trade as outlined in the last two steps.
I would also recommend testing by attempting to connect while using R|Trader Pro with the steps below:- Download R|Trader Pro
- Open R|Trader Pro and enter your credentials into the 'Orders' user ID and password fields and the 'Market Data' user ID and password field
- Click on 'Allow plug-ins' (the text will be yellow when enabled)
- Click on 'Login'
- Within NinjaTrader, ensure 'Plug-in mode for market data' is enabled in the connection
- Control Center > Connections > Configure
- Select your Rithmic connection > Ensure 'Plug-in mode for market data' is enabled
- Connect within NinjaTrader
