Version 8.0.28 Will Not Download

Did you upgrade last year when they migrated all the old accounts? I think I had to change user name and password.

I never upgraded to NT8.1 and never needed to change password. I can't even get to change my password now (since they reject my current password) to even download the NT8.0.28 new version. This is really messed up now.

Have you been in touch with support? They are pretty busy these days with all upgrades thrown at them simultaneously. I could download the old version from dashboard. It is on the right. I will stick with the old one as you have the option to not log in to your live account to avoid the monthly fee.
