Unbundled Exception When Attempting Addon

Hi Jason, I still get the same message after rebooting and reloading. I do not have a VPN and my anti-virus has been disabled for quite awhile.

anthonybenincasa I certainly do not want to contradict anything you are being instructed to do by NT Support. I can only say that I have found the following approach useful in trying to restore a working NT8 in its "newly installed" configuration.
You'll need a good copy of the NT8.0.27.1 installer, so if you have a file that works (or a NT8.0.27.0 version), use that. Otherwise, the advice from bltdavid to try a different browser is good advice. A "good" version means it can be executed, and you do not get the error above. If you cannot even get to the NT8 installer's menu, you'll need to source the file some other way. In that case, post back here so someone can try to provide for you.
Assuming you have a working installer:- Take a full copy of your NT8 user folder, located in Documents\NinjaTrader 8 -- just copy the whole folder to somewhere
- Start the NT8 installer
- Remove NT8 (not Repair).
- Now rename the "leftover" NT8 user folder to something like Documents\NinjaTrader 8 Obsolete 2023-01-09
- At this point, you do not have NT8 installed, and you do not have any pre-existing files that can influence a new install ... so ... run your working NT8 installer and install NT8
One other approach that might be worth trying if the installer runs but produces the cabinet error is to add a step to the above between steps 1 & 2: rename the existing (active) NT8 folder to something temporarily (e.g. Documents\NinjaTrader 8 ONHOLD) and then try running the installer. If it runs, great. If not, rename the folder back to the normal name of the active NT8 installation.
