      To activate the "Send" button you will need to enter text in the body of the email under "Please enter any information that you feel will help us resolve your inquiry".

        when filling in text, the "Send" button turns to normal again, but does produce an error message when pressed, like y'day; here is the message attached, the German words meaning....or an interdependency was not found. The system can't find the specified data file.

            Hello Specularix,

            Please send an email to platformsupport[at sign]ninjatrader.com and within the subject input Attn: Chris Jameson, in the body of the email include a link to this thread and manually attach your log and trace files.

            Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.
            • Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to "Documents" > Open the "NinjaTrader 8" folder
            • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
            • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
            • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

              Currently running 8.0.26.1 64bit on most current version of Windows 10.

              According to release notes:
              NinjaTrader 8.0.27.0 will be solely a 64-bit Windows application, this means the installation directory will change from C:\Program Files (x86) to C:\Program Files
              How do I clean out old files and delete old directory?

                The files in Program Files (x86) should be relocated automatically during the upgrade process.
