To clarify, this topic is discussing NinjaTrader 8 and FXCM demos. There are no known reports from NinjaTrader 7 users on this symptom. If you're having difficulty with anything in NinjaTrader 7 please post in the NinjaTrader 7 sub-forums or contact us via email.

FXCM rolled back the change on their end which caused the symptom in NinjaTrader. FXCM demos now connect to NinjaTrader 8 without issue.
If you're still unable to connect with your FXCM demo, please write into PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com. Make sure to include a link to this forum topic in the body and "3122306 ATTN Patrick G" in the subject.
