    Put text on vertical line indicator

    I picked up this indicator from the ecosystem, attached. It very simply plots a vertical line a specific time every day, i.e. market open, etc... Is there a way to just add in some text onto the line to label it on the chart? I would like to use it for some other recurring events as well, and a text label would be nice.

    Hello tvaughan4,

    There are a couple of ways to draw text.

    For drawing over a bar using the Text drawing tool that would normally be selected from the drawing tools menu, is done with Draw.Text().

    Below is a link to the help guide with an example.



    It would also be possible to custom render text any way you would like with SharpDX in OnRender(). This would be more advanced but would give you more control.

    Below is a link to the Rollover indications indicator that has a great example of a vertical line and text rendered on the chart with SharpDX.
    Shows a button on the chart to roll the expiry to the next available contract month. Option to hide button until a number of days before or on roll date.       Awesome, thanks.

        A small percentage of our clients are unable to download from the User App Share.
        I've downloaded (successfully) from that link and attached. Let me know if you are also unable to download from the forum.

        We'd like to collect further information as we investigate the issue.
        • What version of Windows are you using?
        • What web browser are you using?
        • Is the web browser updated to the latest release?
        • Does this symptom persist if your clear your browser's cache?
        • What about if you use a different web browser? (Try firefox, chrome, edge, brave and opera)
        • What about after you turn off your PC, turn off your modem/router for at least 30 seconds, then restart your PC?
        • Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)?
        Another forum member has suggestions specfiically for google chrome.
        Hello there, I tried to download some scripts from the User App Share today but it didn't work, I tried to download the following scripts: Candlesticks Chartstyle With Outline + Opacity Candlestick Doji Labeled Lines Drawing Tool Is there anybody who got this scripts available to send me the scripts? Does any problem with
