We cannot provide calls to go over NinjaScript concerns. We also cannot diagnose problems with third party items because we don't know how those are coded. If you see a problem with a third party item you need to work with the vendor of that item because they have the code and knowledge of that item. Our support can only help with included items that are installed with the platform.
If the developer of that item finds a problem they can either solve it by changing the code to work right or if they do not know how they can write into our support for help with a specific code example of a problem. This forum is not for reporting third party issues, this is for development questions. Please post any questions you have about third party items directly to the vendor of those items.
