    Error when plotting bid ask and Delta

    Hello good afternoon, still the same problem when plotting the bid / ask and also the Delta, with order the ninjatrader 8 platform, when I load the graph comes out some values and when I give F5 or load the entire history those values of bid, ask and Delta change, we have been more than 15 days and has not been solved, I use anchor company license.

    In the images I see you are using a third party item. For this type of question you would need to reach out to the third party to see if that is expected when reloading the chart. Depending on how that item works it may be using a combination of realtime/historical/tick replay data which can cause discrepancies when using F5 to reload. In some situations there are certain scripts that may not be able to have an F5 reload done because that would loose the bars it built in realtime and may change the outcome. The developer of this item would be able to give you more details on how it works and its expectations when reloading.

      Hello mzpack tell me that the problem is not theirs, that the order flow indicators are working properly and optimized, I did other tests with free order flow indicators and have the same problem that when you close the platform and reopen it or give it to load historical data the bid ask and Delta change completely, do not match, this situation had already occurred a few months ago with both mzpack indicators, pipflow and other free ofa indicators.

        If the mzpack items are not working as expected you would have to contact that vendor, that is not a product made by NinjaTrader so we wouldn't know how its supposed to work or what its expectations are.

        Depending on how the mzpack is developed that may be expected when reloading the chart. Some items require to be left alone and process in realtime to build correctly. When you reload the chart all bars that were processed in realtime are now processed over again in historical which can be less granular and may cause differences in the result.

          I understand, but this is a problem that had never been presented, this started since the new ninjatrader 8 update was released a few months ago, this type of error had never been presented with mzpack indicators in Ninjatrader 7 and 8, the strange thing is that if you have lifetime account you don't have this error and using the same mzpack .

            I wouldn't be able to say what may have changed, if you are seeing a problem with a third party item you need to report that along with the steps to see the problem to that party so they can research it. If you are not seeing a problem with the base platform or items that are included by default you would need to reach out to the vendor of the item that is having a problem.

              It is a widespread problem, support has already written and they do not give an answer, of course you can reproduce this behavior.

              6- If you don't have the LifeTime version, just run several candles with the footprint, then take a screenshot, reload historical data and compare the bars that are formed in real time.​​

On this support forum we would only be able to assist with the base platform and included scripts, we have no details on how third party items work to be able to assist with them. If you are developing something yourself you could post that type of question in the development forum along with the specific code you have found where you are seeing a difference.

                    I am kindly telling you that the problem is with the ninjatrader 8 platform, when it is used in its DEMO version (not DEMO connection) and the error occurs with any type of orderflow indicator, it is necessary to verify it with third party indicators since the version Ninjatrader 8 DEMO does not include orderflow indicators.

                    Please do not refer this problem to a third party anymore because it is not, it is a ninjatrader 8 problem.

                    You can ask me a question if you don't understand, but don't tell me to ask a third party again, and check all the possible causes on that side before coming here.​

                      If you can see a problem with one of the platforms base tools or indicators please feel free to report that here. If you see a problem in a specific situation using a third party item you need to reach out to the developer of that item to report it.

                        I see the problem with all ORDERFLOW indicators in the DEMO version of Ninjatrader.

                          Your previous steps said any third party item.
                          4- Add any third-party footprint indicators.
                          If you see a problem with something that was made by NinjaTrader you need to be specific and include the details of what item was used and what settings are being used. If you mean any third party orderflow item you need to reach out to the developer of that item for assistance. We can't address problems in third party items on this forum.

                            Jesse podemos hacer una video llamada y enseñarte el problema, todos los usuarios que usan Order flow de terceros están presentando el mismo problema, algunos no se dan cuenta ya que apagan y no revisan sus entradas, en mi caso le tomo pantallazo a cada Trade que hago y luego miro en acerté y en que falle para ir mejorando, gracias a eso vi el fallo al gráficar el bid ask y Delta, ya que apague el computador y a las horas lo volví a prender, cuándo ve que no era lo mismo, incluso hice un Replay o play back y tampoco coincidia con lo que ví e hice en vivo. Y no creo que todos los Order flow de terceros estén teniendo el mismo problema, suena ilógico, y como te digo hace meses paso lo mismo y envíamos correos y hablamos por este medio y el fallo se soluciono sin intervención de los desarrolladores de terceros de Order flow, y otra vez se vuelve a presentar el mismo fallo osea que es de la plataforma ninjatrader 8. Por favor ayudenos yo éstoy en una prueba de fondeo, una vez la pasé y tenga el dinero comprare la lifetime, gracias por su atención

                              Jesse we can make a video call and show you the problem, all users who use third party Order flow are having the same problem, some do not realize that they turn off and do not check their entries, in my case I take a screenshot of each trade I do and then look at what I did right and what I failed to improve, Thanks to that I saw the failure when graphing the bid ask and Delta, since I turned off the computer and a few hours later I turned it on again, when I saw that it was not the same, I even did a Replay or play back and it did not match what I saw and did live. And I do not think that all third party Order flow are having the same problem, it sounds illogical, and as I say months ago the same thing happened and we sent emails and talked through this medium and the failure was solved without intervention of third party developers of Order flow, and again the same failure is presented again osea that is the ninjatrader 8 platform. Please help us, I am in a funding test, once I pass it and have the money I will buy the lifetime, thanks for your attention.
