Can't connect to ninja continuum

    Can't connect to ninja continuum

    i am prevented from connecting to ninja continuum with a message ''Login failed. invalid user or password''. my new multi-broker license key has been updated. i don't remember
    ever having to enter a user name or password.

    the new license key provided to me is unchanged from the old key?

    please advise.

    Hello joemiller,

    Can you please send me all your log and trace files, so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Jason, Can't connect to ninja continuum' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.
