Zen-fire tick charts freeze

If I restart NT during market hours it will freeze updating the workspace that opens .... should I create a new workspace with just the two ES charts and shut that down and restart or should I try a blank workspace

- terminate NT and save all workspaces
- restart NT
- connect to Zen
- open 1 minute chart, 7 days back for ES 06-08

- open 150 ticks chart, 1 day back for ES 06-08

I also have the same problem reported it 3-14 ticket #85886 everything loads fine premarket after market opens NT freezes loading new chart or data

Broadband *should* suffice. It really depends on what else is going on your network traffic though. Unfortunately we cannot advise you on what to do for this matter because we are not ISP/bandwidth/internet experts.

to what bandwidth parameters need change ? Thanks.

Sorry, we researched this problem here and did not find any other explanation than ISP issues. Also, we don't have any similar reports to that. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do right now unless we gain more information to understand what's going on.

Hello ! I'am using mirus demo with zen-fire, and always have problems
to load tick charts during trading session, while min charts load quickly.
When I load tick charts/switch from 1min to tick - it freezes with the
window " ES 06-08 This request can not be aborted ", during this min charts
update. I reloaded historical data, upgraded to 6.5.1000.2, load only 1 day back - it doesn't help. The only way I can load them is only deep in the night or early in the morning. I was told it may be ISP bandwidth issues, but I have
2,5 ADSL and 3Gb RAM. Could you please help with that ?
