Get historical data from IB

Hello!

I have a problem with historical data. I get the historical data just for the latest index future (in my case FDAX 09-13 1min). The data for the FAX 06-13 is uncomplete (very few data).

Is it possible to create the other data with the ninjatrader?

I have the complete realtime quotes for this index in IB!

Hello plizer,

I suggest to download the missing data at Control Center-->Tools-->Historical Data Manager-->Download-tab. The Edit-tab will show what historical data uou have present in NinjaTrader.

If the issue remains, please tell me for what dates data is missing.

Under "Download" is just the FDAX 09-13. But i need older data, best from many years. I guess I need FDAX 06-13, 03-13, etc.

Any idea?

Hello plizer,

Please add the FDAX 06-13 and other earlier expiries to your default instrument list in the Instrument Manager. Instructions can be found at the link below.

Subsequently you can select them in the Download-tab.
