Ninjatrader application stopped working

I assume log and trace files are still not created which makes it hard to troubleshoot the issue. Were there any changes on your computer over the weekend? Do you have a system restore point which you can try?

Are you able to select Repair for NinjaTrader 7 in the Windows Control Panel? If so, please check if this will make a difference.

Tried again:
Checked Task Manager to ensure that ninja is not running
Uninstall
cleared browser cache (content, history and cookies)
download
installed
reboot


No joy. Still getting the application stopped working message

Did you uninstall NinjaTrader when trying to reinstall it? If not, please perform an uninstall/reinstall of NinjaTrader as per the instructions below and check if this will allow you to start NinjaTrader.

You will save all settings and data. All other settings and data are located at (My) Documents-->NinjaTrader 7 which is unaffected when you uninstall NinjaTrader via the Control Panel.


Make sure NinjaTrader is shut down.

Uninstall NinjaTrader 7 via Windows Control Panel-->Programs and Features.

Clear your browser cache and download and install NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.13 from the link below.

If the issue remains, do you perhaps have a system restore point which you can try?

Hi

I cannot load NInjaTrader. It was working fine at close of market Friday, Tried loading it today and got the 'application stopped working message.

• Tried the instructions to reinstall, did not work
• Looked for Log and trace file, none created
• cleared workspace (moved files out of the directory), did not work

Please help
