    Is ther any other way to do this? I can't get NT to open at all so can't get to control center. thanks

      Yes, please send a mail to support 'at' ninjatrader 'dot' com and attach today's trace file:

      You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

      * The trace file will be named "trace.20120315.txt"

        I can't find anything in the documents folder. nf is installed under program files and there are many user profiles but
        none contain any NT files. could this be the problem? thanks

          Yes, that could be problem as NT will need the documents folder to work properly. This folder needs to be on a local drive as well -- no network or OS sharing is supported.

          Check into location of your Documents directory and then Uninstall NT from the control panel. Next, reinstall from here:
