still waiting for an answer, i sent you two emails with the requested information (one from my google account and one from my t-online account).

just checked again. really weird, absolutely no responses, i also checked the spam folders of my accounts. if there is a solution, couldn´t you just post it here? i´m sure there are more nt users experiencing the same problem.

In my last reply, I'd asked if you had another email address as the email address you contacted me from had not written in to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com before. Please contact me with a different email address and provide the trace file which was requested in late May.KyleNinjaTrader Customer Service

I only have two email accounts. I just sent you the same email with the trace file from both accounts a second time.

Was there any ever solution for this? I have the same issue. It's easy and clear to summarize:
a) Commissions are being calculated correctly in the Executions tab.
b) Commissions are $0.00 in the Account Performance Tab after generating a report (one that includes the exact same trades).
Is there a setting somewhere that will enable calculating commissions in Account Performance? Is it included in the Profit for a trade?
What's going on here?

Please contact us with a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com as there are several variables we'll need to look in to.
In the note, please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file.
You will find that file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The file I need would be named 'trace.20120219.txt'.KyleNinjaTrader Customer Service
