      Zen Fire Disaster

      Kinetick just got my money. Zen Fire, this is a disaster. I can't believe this issue has persisted this long!

          I am wondering how much to pay for trading Emini using Kinetick, and I heard there no CME fee. Anybody knows about this?

            We want to thank everyone for their patience and cooperation in helping us understand the nature of this issue. At this time, this issue is escalated to the appropriate individuals at Zen-Fire for further analysis. We do not have an update from them at this time. Once we hear back, we will immediately provide a status update.

              Yeah, I originally thought it was going to be over $200+ for a feed which frankly is quite costly for me (since I just need a feed). But with the CME exchange fee waiver program - $50 isn't too much for reliability. I lost all my confidence in Zen-Fire. It's not even Ninja's fault.

                  Well I contacted sales about the fees and thats what they said. It's at: http://www.kinetick.com/CME

                  All CME based products (COMEX, NYMEX & CBOT) are included, but you are required to have a qualifying live funded account with most FCMs.

                  "Any FCM or Introducing Broker that supports:
                  CQG
                  Patsystems
                  Trading Technologies
                  Zen-Fire"

                      As it is an FCM supporting ZF, I'm quite sure it satisfies the waiver requirements. Contact sales for more info.

                          Problem solved?

                          Hope Brett could find solution of delayed Zenfire data, I have stopped trading for a week.

                            So, in trying to be helpful, once again this morning watched the markets from 6:30 Eastern time with no delays, then about 8:15 the delays and bursts started again but don't appear as bad as yesterday. The volume in my market analyzer is much less than yesterday also.

                              I noticed that too, when I trade the overnight it works fine, its as soon as there is any volume the problems start. I have a demo from another data provider and eveverything is working fine so its def zen-fire. Hopefully we can get an update today on a timeframe for a fix.

                                Hi All,
                                Thanks again for being extremely patient in working with us on this issue. We have worked directly with many of you trying different configurations to no avail. At this time, I am going to ask you to work directly with your broker on further analysis of why you are getting delayed data. I feel you will be better served working directly with the source to understand why you are experiencing this behavior. We will still be here on this thread to help in any way we can.
