delayed zenfire data

    I reinstalled NT and reconnected immediately and had a delay of 2 minutes in the Chart

      I have seen the same: after restart = more or less actual data, but with time goes delaye start to increase

        version 1000.2 lifetime license
        delayed 2-3 minutes.

        with 6.5 1000.18 it runs exact.

          Can you please send an email to support at ninjatrader, attention to "RayD" and put "Fossilion" in the message along with a number we can call you at?

          What I want to do is have one of my reps in Hamburg call you and remote onto your PC and run some diagnostics.

            Hi Ray, I have just received a message from C. Radecker (Zenfire Germany) that you are in contact. I wait until there is news, then you have to worry no more time to the same thing. Is this OK?

              With NT7, can you create a new connection for Zen-Fire.

              - Tools > Account Connections
              - Create a new one called "Zen- Fire Test"
              - Use the same credentials for the delayed data
              - Connect

              Data delayed?

                Yes, there are several us trying to figure out this issue however, I really need to have my tech work with you. The behaviour you experienced is closest to being able to get some meaningful data. I would appreciate it if you could help us out and follow through with my request from my prior post to you.

                      Please post back later today if in sync or out of sync. Some time ago, we had changed the default connection points and by creating a new connection, this ensures you are connecting to the right servers. Old connections may have had older connection points.

                      Let's see if this makes a difference.

                        I tried creating a new ZenFire feed as suggested earlier but the delayed data problem still persists. I am using Ninja version 7.0.1000.3 Live from Tennessee in the United States with Mirus as my broker.

                            The means I use is my eyes. After I connect I 'll get data for a 30-60 seconds and then everything stops for a few minutes. I then get a burst of very quick data with prices on the dom moving rapidly and bars on my chart being created rapidly. Then no data again for a few minutes and then a burst of data again. This pattern has repeated all day today.

                              I need to understand if the data has stopped due to the feed or due to NinjaTrader process being consumed via high CPU.

                              The next time this happens, can you tell me if -

                              - NinjaTrader application is frozen or non-responsive to user input. Meaning, when this happens, can you grab a NinjaTrader window and move it around freely. You can also check Windows task manager...Is the CPU load for NinjaTrader very high? What number?

                                Ray, do you recommend that all zenfire users create a new connection to replace their old one, or is there no reason to if everything seems to be functioning properly as is?
