Alert Strategy does not work

OK, I have reinstalled NT but I still don't see the arrows on the chart...
What is wrong ?

Did you reinstall the .NET framework as well? If not, please try this and recheck. You may also want to check other markets and timeframes as well.

How to desinstall and reinstall .net framework ??
Windows update is just installing the new release of .net
Is it possible that the alert works and not the drawings ??

Please uninstall previous .NET versions starting with the freshest one installed, then install .NET 3.5 from this link -

After this run Windows Update to check for updates to the .NET framework.

Both the Alerts and Drawings should work as on our end here, did you gave other symbols and timeframes a try as well?

As you can see on the picture, I cannot desinstall the old .net but you also can see that I use the latest one (3.5 SP1) which was just installed by windows update yesterday...

I have tried with different symbol (usdjpy, eurusd, etc...) and different time frames (1min, 5min, 15min) and Alerts seems to work but drawing is off...

4x2win, please uninstall the from the top down, i.e. 3.5 first and then 2.0, then reinstall 3.5 from the link provided.

OK, I just finish to re-install .net framework.
Windows update does not detect more news update.
And I just launch Ninja Trader but there is still no arrows on the chart.

4x2win, for your clean install - did you set the pip setting for MBT again to TenthPip? Please also try to reload your historical data on the charts and then reapply the strategy I posted. Please also take extra care to import the latest one I posted, as the first strategy posted did not have the arrows build in, so please quickly check the code you use for the arrows to be included.

Bertrand, yes I have set the pip to tenthpip, and it works : now I can see the price with 5 digit on eurusd.
And yes I use your last strategy, with the arrows and I have tried to add some squares, lines and elipses in different colours if the drawings arrows are missing from the base

For information, when I install framework 3.5, also is installed the framework 2.0 as you can see on the picture.
Could you confirm if it's OK ??

3.5 is fine.

Please post a screenshot of what you do and exact steps as to what you do. In your code, add other objects to draw.

On the first screenshot, you will find that the alarms work, but I have no arrow.
On the 2nd screenshot, you have the description of the strategy.
Do you need something more ?

Yes, no problem... I can draw arrows directly on the chart...
