Alert Strategy does not work

Hello,
Using the wizzard, I created the following strategy:

I don't use "User Defined Inputs"
When the following conditions are true:
Set 1 : CrossAbove(High, Bollinger(2, 14).Upper, 1)
CrossBelow(Low, Bollinger(2,14).Lower,1)
Do the following:
Alert("MyAlert979", Priority.High, etc...

It's very simple but it doesn't work...
What is the solution ?

Hi 4x2win, did you enter a proper text message and sound file for the Alert? Please also try a higher rearm setting than 0.

Of course there is a proper text message and sound file...
I just change the rearm to 10 secondes.
But it still doesn't work

Do you have the Alerts window open as the alerts get triggered by your strategy?

Yes, the alert window is open and there are a lot of alerts from my "Market Analyzer" alerts...

4x2win, sorry did not spot it the first time - please try putting your long condition and Alert in Set1 and then create a new Set2 for the short condition then. The way you have it now, it would never become true to hit your alert...

Are you sure the condition evalutates to true to raise the alert? It would be helpful if you post screenshots of your exact setup, or export the strategy as a zip and attach it here...

Yes, I'm sure that the alert is correctly set.
When I try to export the strategy, there is an "Compiler Error" message : Error compiling export sources. Please chek your logs.

Please try the simple demo strategy attached, it works well for me here on fast ES tick chart.

I have tried your strategy and I don't have any alarm...
I use it with eurusd and usdjpy 1 minute chart.
I have changed the bollinger parameter from 14 to 12 in order to be sure that the price crosse the upper then the lower on eurusd 1 minute..
And nothing on the Alert window..

Just retested on a EURUSD chart and get alerts, please keep in mind this is a CrossOver condition and you would only get an alert on the bar the high / low crossed outside the bands, not on each bar the price is 'riding' outside the bands...for more alerts I would suggest using the Close price instead of the high / low. Then please retest this.

Tested on USDJPY 1 min, the price just crossover the upper band 3 times during the last 15 minutes and I never get an alarm...

Please try this, I included Up / Dn Arrows to show you when the condition hits 'true'. Also made the alerts easier to be generated.
