The object you are using is not the same arrow you are drawing there. You are just adding small up and down arrow carrot marks with your code. Please ensure you can draw the chart marker.

Press Alt+F2 to draw the marker.

When you reinstalled NinjaTrader, did you make sure you deleted the files in My Documents\NinjaTrader 6.5?

No, I didn't deleted this specific files...

Delete that directory and reinstall.

Make sure you backup anything you want first. You will lose everything from scripts, to data, to templates, etc. Use the File -> Utilities -> Backup tool.

Big problem(s):
I uninstalled using the NT installer.
Then I reinstalled using the installer.
But he asks me my key ... which was deleted during the uninstall ...
And I just realized that the uninstall has deleted the backup ...
So...
How to retrieve my key?

The uninstall does not do anything to your backup. Backups generally should be in My Documents\NinjaTrader Backup.

You should always keep a copy of your key yourself. If you have purchased a license key please send an email to sales [at] ninjatrader [dot] com. If you are on the free license key, you can apply for a new one by inputting your email at the download page again.

I confirm that the uninstall has deleted all files and records originally generated by NT, including My Documents > NinjaTrader Backup folder...

Could you please send me a simple strategy that draw an arrow at the close of each candle ...?? Just in order to test...

BetterVolume is not a standard NT indicator. Best you ask the author of that indicator directly.
