I can compress but I can not expand far enough to use the whole chart, please advise.

Not sure that I follow. Can you provide me with a screen shot?
To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

I checked the website and it states they offer seperate symbols for $20.00 each. I suggest to contact them to have this verified.

The problem with them maybe the quality of the data. If you were to purchase the tick data from CME group for ES alone, you would have 147GB of data covering the last ten years.

I have emailed [email protected] to see how the size of their data compares.
