There is some hope in NT8.

Sledge is correct in that the symbol mapping is "$TICK" for this instrument and eSignal. However, I am not able to confirm that this instrument does not work with eSignal in NinjaTrader 7.

Provided your eSignal account is enabled for this data, there is no reason why it should not display as expected.
