Cant receive TRIN/TICK in linking TD ameritrade

I am TD ameritrade user.
I have already add symbol in "Instrument Managment-misc" panel

The symbol $TRIN or $TICK when I use the NJ always say bad symbol

I see!
It's trading time now.
I can't get real time trin&tick.
The NJ always say Bad symbol.
It dont get real time data.

I was able to to receive real-time for the TRIN using the $TRIN symbol mapping as per TD AMERITRADE.

Can you please check if you receive real-time data in the Control Center when the ^TRIN is selected with the symbol mapping above.

I can found TRIN (using symbol $TRIN) realtime data in Control Center.
I can't foud TICK ( $TICK or $TICK.X) realtime data in Control Center.

Both of it can't use chart as real time data.

I really dont konw why?

You should be able to receive the real time data for the TRIN in a chart. Click Ok on the two error messages and wait a few moments and the last traded price will be reflected in the chart.

But the TICK still can't get real time data.
I am confused which symbol is correct for the tick in TD AMERITRADE

Here an update: there is an issue pending which TDA and us are looking into. We'll keep you posted.
