    FulcrumTrader:

Try the one from mrlogic's posting # 71. I just compiled that one with no errors on V7 Beta 21 and it loaded and worked fine.

      To the poster below:

I don't trade futures, but generally the market shouldn't matter.

To each his own, but a few indicators I personally like:

      -This one.
      -SuperTrend
      -FibLines
      -QQE
      -ASCTrend
      -StepMA7.1
-KasePeakOscillator and Permission Function (real versions, not the clones)
      -The JurikUT package.
Is there an update about this custom version by Elliott Wave working with NT7 or the only NT 7 compatible version is the one at post #71?

Heiken Ashi Smoothed for NT 6.5

Hey gang...downloaded HA.zip (from post #71)...downloaded to My Docs/NT6.5/Bin/Custom/indicators...then while in NT tools>edit NT script>opened the HA.cs>then hit f5 to compile and got an ERROR message (below).

Not sure what I'm doing wrong? Thx Mongo

        Error Code Explanation
This error can occur when an imported dll (could be a 3rd party indicator) you are referencing no longer exists/has been removed.

To resolve this the dll must be re-imported.

        To re-import a 3rd party dll:

        • Open the NinjaScript Editor via Tools > Edit NinjaScript and selecting any indicator or strategy
        • Right mouse click in the NinjaScript Editor and select the menu "References"
        • In the "References" dialog window press the button "Add"
        • Select the 3rd party dll

                in trouble

i think I downloaded the "smooth HA" below is this the same as "double smooth Heiken-Ashi"?

When I try to import using "import ninja script" it reads that the folder is empty

how do you "download" using rar? nowhere does the word download exist.

whats the proceedure for the buttons.?

HA is one of the worst for following priceaction alto it is great for following trend. with that being stated i do not understand why no one just has HA colour the chart background that way priceaction is not lost while the trend following of HA is usable.

Heiken Ashi will be available as an indicator within NinjaTrader as apposed to a bar type. I have provided a link below to our NinjaTrader 7 Help Guide that goes over Working with Indicators.

Hi does anyone have the original like Layman terms formula for the Heiken Ashi Smooth? Like how it's calculated?

I would be very interested to know.

                            Many thanks

                            David

I do not have Laymans terms on HOW it's calculated but I do have a HA indicator that allows you to add a smoothing filter from (1-5), 1 being normal, 5 being extra smooth.

hi, thank you, however probably the term layman was a little too basic, I am actually a C Sharp developer but am not yet proficient with all of NT keywords etc...

I was looking for the formula for the Heiken Ashi Smooth because I've seen some settings in Meta Trader that I would like to know that I can pull off in Ninja Trader.

                                Thanks again
